9. Terms & Conditions
- Vehicles must be returned on time and with the same fuel level as received. Late return charges may apply.
- Cross-border travel and rental extensions require prior approval. Extensions must be requested at least 12 hours before expiry.
- Customers are responsible for traffic fines, misuse, loss, damage, insurance excess and related recovery costs arising during the rental period.
- Accidents, theft and breakdowns must be reported to ALLCARS Rental Services immediately.
- Vehicles collected after hours are deemed collected at 17:00, unless otherwise agreed.
- Full terms and conditions are contained in the Rental Agreement.
